Get a vetted shortlist of YouTube creators daily.
Claude checks every creator's views, comments and past sponsors, then writes a vetting note and a first message for each. It never sends anything: you review, edit and send.
Free. Enter your name and email, confirm it, and the GitHub repo is yours.
Manual creator sourcing is slow and noisy.
For every single channel, you do it all by hand:
- Search YouTube, page after page
- Calculate the median views
- Check the audience stats
- Scan the comments for bots
- Check they're safe to work with
- Hunt for an email
- Add them to the CRM
- Draft the first message
And you keep seeing the same channels, over and over again.
Everything you check by hand, done before you look.
- 1Share your website link
Paste it into Claude with one prompt.
- 2It proposes your setup
Markets, competitors and searches from your site. You correct them.
- 3It finds and checks creators
Every channel checked, the noise rejected with a reason. You get on with your day.
- 4Open your shortlist
A vetting note and a ready-to-edit first message per creator.
- 5Teach it your taste
Mark its calls right or wrong. The engine is tuned to your judgment.
- Starts from one URL
Claude proposes your setup from your website. You correct it.
- Three ways to find creators
Moments your product matters, competitor reviews, lookalikes of your best creators.
- Comment check
Real questions or generic praise, creator replies, brand-new accounts.
- Sponsorship history
Which competitors, how often, how recently. From the last 50 uploads.
- Audience geography
Where the audience likely is, with a confidence level. You set the target.
- Emails you can trust
Only addresses the creator published, each with its source. Never guessed.
- A score you can read
0 to 100, with every point explained.
- 20-minute calibration
Mark its calls once after the first run. It tunes itself to your judgment.
- Safe by design
Never sends. Claude never sees your API key. Everything stays on your computer.
- Free to run
Keyless out of the box. A free API key doubles the depth: 4 free runs a day.
It never sends anything.
The tool finds, checks and drafts. You decide who hears from you, and what they read.
Every first message is a draft for you to review, edit and send yourself. Nothing goes out on its own.
Run results, notes, drafts, your brand files and your settings live in the project folder on your machine.
You paste your YouTube API key into a Terminal helper, not the chat, and the project settings stop Claude from reading the key file.
Text on a creator's channel is treated as data to read, never as instructions to follow.
It reads public YouTube data through the official API or public pages. It never logs in.
Only addresses creators published for collaborations, each with where it was found.
What it can't see. Who watches a video: commenters are the visible part of an audience, so geography is an estimate with a confidence. Sponsorships are read from video descriptions, so an undisclosed deal is invisible.
Set it up, step by step.
Written for people who run creator partnerships, not for developers. Every command is something you paste, and Claude can run any of them for you.

Paste it into Claude A FEW MINUTES
No Claude Code yet? Install guide ↗ It works in the Claude desktop app or a terminal, on a Mac, Linux, or Windows with WSL.
Open Claude Code: in the desktop app, start a session in the Code tab in a folder where you keep projects, like Documents. Or type
claudein a terminal. Then paste this, with the repo link and your own website:Install this repo and set up YouTube creator sourcing for my brand: [paste the repo link]. My website is: https://your-site.comClaude downloads the repo, runs the setup and then asks you one choice:
Quick startKeyless, nothing more to set up. Results today, with lighter checks.Free YouTube API key (recommended)About 10 minutes, once, no credit card. Twice the depth. Step 3 shows how. -
Get the free YouTube API key Recommended ABOUT 10 MIN
No credit card needed. Claude researches your brand while you do this.
- Create a project. Go to console.cloud.google.com/projectcreate ↗ and name it
YouTube Creator Sourcing. Close any free-trial or billing offer; none is needed. - Turn on the API. Find YouTube Data API v3 (not the Analytics or Reporting API) and click Enable.
- Create the key. Go to Credentials, then + Create credentials, then API key. Restrict it to YouTube Data API v3 only, and leave Application restrictions on None. Copy the key.
- Add it safely. Claude opens a Terminal tab running
set_key.py. Paste the key there and press Enter. Nothing shows while you paste; that's on purpose.Never paste the key into the chat. Only into the Terminal helper. - Check it. Claude runs a check that says
works. You're on the full engine.

Review Claude's proposed setup
Claude reads your site and proposes a setup. Correct it: these answers decide the quality of everything after.
- Competitors: direct and indirect, and who's missing
- Existing partners to skip
- Format: long-form or Shorts
- Subscriber range (default 1,000 to 250,000) and the view floor
- Audience: where it needs to be
-
First run 15-30 MIN
Mostly waiting. Claude then vets every creator and writes a vetting note and a draft first message for each. Nothing is sent.
-
Calibrate 20 MIN
Claude opens a calibration page. Mark each call right or wrong, and Claude tunes the engine to you.
-
Optional, later: make it sharper
Add your brand pack (your ICPs, brand guidelines and what works), and your 5-10 best videos with their results. Searches then build on what already works, including lookalikes of the creators who made it.
Stuck? Start here.
Google asks for a credit card
Close it. The YouTube API key is free, and no billing account is needed.
"Enable" is missing or greyed out
Check the project name in the top bar: you may have the wrong project selected. If it's the right one, the API may already be on.
It asks me to configure a consent screen
You clicked "OAuth client ID". Go back to Credentials and choose "API key" instead.
Pasting in the Terminal shows nothing
That's on purpose, so the key never appears on screen. Paste once and press Enter.
The key test fails in the first 5 minutes
New keys take a few minutes to start working. Wait a little and run the check again.
I accidentally pasted the key in the chat
Rotate the key in Google Cloud (Credentials, then your key), and add the new one with the Terminal helper.
Is it really free?
Yes. It's open source under the MIT licence and runs keyless out of the box. With the free YouTube API key, Google gives 10,000 units a day and a run uses at most 2,400, so you get 4 free runs a day. You need Claude Code to run it.
Does it contact creators for me?
No. It never sends anything. You get a vetting note and a draft first message per creator, and you decide what to send.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The setup guide is written for people who run creator partnerships. Every command is something you paste, and Claude can run any of them for you.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Results, notes, drafts and your brand files stay in the project folder on your computer. It reads public YouTube data only and never logs in.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
So we know the address is yours before we send anything to it. Press the button in the email, and the repo opens straight away.
