Fluencrs · Influencer Marketing Engineers

Fluencrs: Influencer marketing, engineered for revenue.

We're the two operators who ran a global creator program and built the AI behind it - 7-figure creator revenue, CAC cut 58% in a quarter, and inbox time down from 4 hours to 30 minutes a day. Now we build the same systems into your team, so you scale performance fast and do more in less time.

Fluencrs · Data-driven influencer marketing · AI systems & automation

Fluencrs: Get customers from creators - not just views.

As Influencer Marketing Engineers, we built AI systems that ran a global design app's creator program, from sourcing to reporting, and cut its cost per subscription by 58%. In 3-6 weeks, they can run in your team: every creator tied to revenue, your people's hours back, and everything yours to keep. No retainer.

Fluencrs: You're not behind. You're doing it all by hand.

We ran your desk: the sixty unread emails, the weekly report, the feeling that everyone else has AI figured out.

So we built the AI systems that got us out of it. Now, in 1:1 sessions, we set them up in your own inbox and tools, so you:

  • hit your KPIs in fewer hours
  • get your evenings back
  • stay ahead of the curve on AI

Illustrative. Before: on a Monday, eight urgent tasks pile up into 52 hours of work in a 40-hour week: 60 unread creator emails with 14 needing a reply in the next hour, a September campaign update due to the manager today, a BFCM brief due Tuesday, 20 creators to shortlist for the BFCM campaign, 8 new creators to onboard, 16 drafts waiting for approval with 14 past their post date, a performance review due Thursday, and a tracker update at 22:41. After: six systems turn it into a calm week. Replies and chasers are drafted in 30 minutes instead of 4 hours, the September update is sent by 09:45, creators are scored, the brief is drafted, drafts are checked, creators are onboarded and the review builds itself, with time to log off at 17:30, have lunch away from the desk, go to the gym and start the weekend at 15:00 on Friday. The week drops to 31 hours.

Sound familiar?

We know, because we were you.

Busy all week. The report still looks thin.

120 outreach emails, 36 follow-ups, 9 negotiations, and on Friday the dashboard says 6 posts went live. The effort is real. It just doesn't show up where anyone's looking.

Everyone else seems to have AI figured out.

Your feed is full of "my AI workflow" posts. You've tried ChatGPT on a brief or two, but nothing stuck, and there's never a free afternoon to set it up properly.

Hakon and Yuliia, the two people behind Fluencrs
That's us: Hakon & Yuliia. We ran this desk before we built the fix.

The layoff posts land differently now.

Every restructure makes you quietly wonder where your role stands. The answer isn't working longer. The people teams hold on to are the ones who get more done with less, and can show it.

You're great at the job. The admin isn't the job.

Picking the right creators and building real relationships is your craft. The chasing, the spreadsheets and the copy-paste reports eat the hours you'd rather spend on it.

None of this means you're falling behind.
It means you're doing by hand what should run on its own. That part is fixable, and it's exactly what we fix.

The systems

Here are the systems we've built.

Six systems, one machine - built at Kittl, run every day, installed with your team. Each system plays an example run for a fictional brand, and the map shows the real engineering. Onboarding and reporting systems include live templates you can click through.

Six systems, one machine, run every day. In the 1:1 we set up the ones that save you the most hours, in your own tools. Onboarding and reporting systems include live templates you can click through. You can also try the sourcing system for free: it sends you 10-15 creators it would find for your brand.

Where they come from

The Kittl case study.

Kittl · AI design platform · free plan → paid subscription

First we got our hours back. Then cost per subscription fell 58%.

Where it started
Kittl's creator program, four years in, with attribution in place and a real budget behind it. What the team never had was time: four hours a day went to the inbox, so the full audit and a fresh strategy kept moving to next quarter.
What we did
We built the systems first, starting with the Creator Management Inbox, and won those hours back. That time went into the full audit: every creator reviewed against revenue, the ones who didn't pay back cut, and a new strategy built on what the numbers showed. It's why the Creator Management Inbox is free: get your hours back and run the same review on your own program.
What it runs on now
In 2026, the program runs on all six systems: ~541 creators sourced and vetted every month, inbox time down from four hours to thirty minutes a day, and reports and recaps that write themselves.
−58%cost per subscription in one quarter, on the same budget
+66%ROI on the creator book we ran, ~3× the program average
7-figurecreator revenue, tracked to the subscription
~541creators sourced & vetted a month, automatically
4h→30mininbox time saved per operator, per day
Every number in this section comes from the Kittl program we ran ourselves - measured in its warehouse, not projected.
“As CEO I care about efficiency, real business impact, and genuine revenue, and this work spoke to all three.”
Nicolas Heymann · CEO, Kittl
“You could genuinely watch the team’s performance improve, particularly the net-new growth of creators.”
Rachel Hughes-Morgan · Head of Growth, Kittl
“He drove a real facelift across the team - better processes, better workflows, and AI properly leveraged for both speed and quality.”
Julia Bladinieres · Chief of Staff, Kittl
Plain pricing

Make creators pay for themselves.

Every plan is a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We build with your team, in your own tools, and everything is yours to keep: no retainer, no lock-in. We take on a limited number of builds each month, so we can deliver each one fast and to the highest standard.

Not sure where to start? Book a free call first. We'll look at your goals and numbers, and tell you if the audit, a build, or neither is right for you.

How it works

From the first call to handover.

  1. Before we start · free

    A 30-minute intro call

We look at your numbers and how you run creators today. If we can help, you get a written scope and a fixed price. If we can't, we'll tell you on the call.

  2. During the build

Built with your team, week by week

One working session a week, in your own tools. We build, your team drives, and every system goes live with tracking and security in place. Async support in between.

  3. At the end

    Handed over and measured

Every system is documented and handed to your team. You get the before/after results and ROI report for each system, and we check in 30 days later to see how it's running.

What you can hold us to

  • A written scope and a fixed price before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
  • Every system runs in your own tools and accounts, not ours.
  • Every creator tracked from spend to sales, so you see exactly who makes you money.
  • Your team can run it without us: every system documented, no retainer.
  • Your data stays in your accounts. We don't keep copies of your creators' or your company's data.
  • Security measures in place from day one: only your team can sign in, each person sees only what they should, and passwords and keys never sit in the code.
  • Async support, with replies within one working day.

What we won't promise

  • A specific revenue number. Your product, market and creators are your own, and results vary.
  • That creators work for every product. If the numbers say don't spend yet, we'll tell you.
  • That AI runs the channel for you. It takes the busywork. The judgement stays with your team.
1:1 plans

Three ways to get your hours back.

Every plan is 1:1, built live in your own tools, at a fixed price agreed in writing before we start. We take on a limited number of clients each month, and every plan ends with a check-in 30 days after you finish.

How the 1:1 works

Exactly what happens, step by step.

  1. Before we start · free

    A 30-minute intro call

We look at how you work today and pick the systems that will give you the most hours back. If we can't help, we'll tell you on the call.

  2. Every session

    One system per session

Every session builds one system live in your own tools, with security in place from day one. You drive, we guide, and you leave knowing how to fix and improve it on your own. Async support in between.

  3. At the end

    Before and after

A check-in 30 days after you finish, to see how it's all running. We measure the before and after, so you have a report to share with your manager if you need it.

What you can hold us to

  • A written plan after the intro call: what we'll build, in which order, and what you'll have running at the end.
  • At least one system working end to end after every session, set up in your own tools.
  • You can run it without us: you learn how to fix and improve every system on your own.
  • Your numbers, measured twice: a baseline at the start and a before/after report for your manager.
  • Async support, with replies within one working day.
  • Your data stays in your accounts. We don't keep copies of your creators' or your company's data.
  • Security measures in place from day one: only your team can sign in, each person sees only what they should, and passwords and keys never sit in the code.

What we won't promise

  • A promotion, or a specific number. Your market, product and creators are your own, and results vary.
  • That AI does the job for you. It takes the busywork. The judgement stays yours.

Questions

Straight answers.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency runs it for you, and the learnings leave when the contract does. We build the system with your team, on your data, in your tools. You run it, you own it, and the know-how stays in-house.

How long before we see results?

The audit takes two weeks. An engine build runs three to six weeks, and the aim is to prove the numbers within a quarter.

Is the audit required before a build?

No. If your strategy already works, we go straight to the build. The audit is for when the numbers feel off and you want to know exactly why before spending more.

Do we need an influencer team already?

No. If you're testing the channel, we build a lean version with whoever owns growth today and prove it within a quarter. If it works, we help you hire the right manager. If you already have a team, we make them AI-native.

How do you measure what a single creator returns?

Every creator gets their own tracked links and codes, tied through to trials, paid subscriptions and revenue in your warehouse. You see cost per subscription per creator, not just views.

Are you replacing our team with AI?

No. There's a human on every call. The systems take the manual grind off the team, so the same people and the same spend go further without adding headcount.

What happens when the AI tools change?

The system is built from skills your team can read and edit, so it improves as the tools do. Through partners like Oliver we also stay current on where AI is heading.

What if influencer marketing isn't right for us?

Then we say so. The audit scores viability before you spend more, and some products shouldn't do this yet.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can run an inbox and a spreadsheet, you can run these. You drive in every session and we explain as we go, so you can fix and change things yourself afterwards.

Which tools do I need?

Mostly what you already use: Gmail or Outlook, Google Sheets or Excel, your CRM, and an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT. On the intro call we check what your company allows and build around it.

How is this different from an AI course?

It's 1:1 and built in your own tools, on your real work, not a generic demo. You leave with systems running, not notes. And we've run these systems on a real creator program ourselves.

What kind of brands is this for?

Any brand that works with creators: e-commerce, SaaS, apps and consumer brands. The systems adapt to your niche, markets and tools.

Is this OK with my company's IT and data rules?

Everything runs in your company's own accounts, under your company's rules, with security measures in place from day one. If a system needs a new tool or permission, we flag it up front so you can check with IT first. We never need your passwords, we don't keep copies of your data, and we're happy to sign an NDA.

How much time does it take?

About an hour a week for the sessions, plus a little time to try things in between. The Kickstart is a single 90-minute session. The point is to give you hours back, not take more.

When can we start?

Usually within a week or two of the intro call. Sessions are remote and scheduled around your work.

Can my company pay for it?

Yes, and that's the easiest way. We invoice your company directly, with a fixed price agreed in writing. There's a ready-made approval email above that you can send your manager.

What if my manager says no?

Start with our free inbox system and bring them the result. A week with hours saved makes a stronger case than any email.

Can my whole team do this?

Yes. Tell us how many people and how you work, and we'll put together a team plan.

What if a system breaks or our process changes?

You'll know how to fix and adjust it yourself, that's what the sessions are for. And if you get stuck, message us.

What happens after the last session?

The systems are yours and keep running, and you know how to fix and improve them on your own. You get a before/after report for your manager, async support for the weeks after, and a check-in 30 days later to see how it's going.
